Hisham Pervaiz Bajwa has over 23 years of senior management experience in areas of Software, web based applications, ERP, CRM, CMS and HMS development, implementation, support, networking, telecom, security surveillance, data warehouse & IT infrastructure deployment, support and training. He possesses widespread progressive IT experience of numerous multi-dimensional assignments. Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in all stages of development and project management. He has setup complete Telecom Infrastructure all over Pakistan for WorldCall Telecom Limited when the organization moved from Nokia-Siemens to Huawei. Most notable experience being infrastructure, software deployment and training of FLAs (Front Line Agents) for Western Union Inc. throughout Pakistan. Prior to joining CSI, he has worked in various organizations where his responsibilities included networks and systems security management, project/portfolio management, training management and imparting of IT training. He was actively involved in requirement gathering and analysis, systems design, development, deployment, implementation and testing along with end-user training and post implementation support and reviews. He has most recently deployed and implemented Safe City Project, Islamabad in parallel to Huawei and NADRA for Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan.

Dr. Shahbaz Khan has an MBA and a Doctorate in Finance, he has substantial corporate experience in banking and non-banking financial sectors. He is essentially a quant with a sound grip over 3rd generation predictive modeling and estimation techniques. Dr. Shahbaz is also an academician and has been teaching financial risk management, quantitative tools, and econometrics in international universities. He has published several research articles in the field of finance, economics and risk analytics. He has excellent quantitative skills and a hands on experience with statistical softwares like STATA, Eviews etc.

Dr. Nida Baig holds a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Economics and Public administration. She has nearly a decade of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and finance. She has published several research articles in the field of economics, finance and risk analytics. She is essentially a quant with a sound grip over 3rd generation predictive modeling and estimation techniques. Her grasp on simulated probabilistic modeling is worthwhile. She also has sound knowledge of statistical programs including SPSS, STATA, and Eviews.

Asad Niazi is an expert in software implementation and IT related project management with a successful track record of implementing mega projects within Pakistan corporate sector. He has over 25 years of senior management experience in areas of ERP implementation, support, networking, software development, IT infrastructure support and training. Prior to joining CSI, he has worked at senior level positions in various organizations in Pakistan including Fauji Foundation, H&P Pakistan etc. where his responsibilities included project management, systems management, system security, training management and imparting of IT training. He is an IT professional with strong communication, leadership and inter-personal skills who possesses widespread progressive IT experience of numerous multi-dimensional assignments with extensive involvement in all stages of development and project management.

Muzammal has over 15 years of experience in IT, He did his BS-IT degree in 2006; Started his own company “Creative Tech Solutions” in 2009 with clietnele all over the world including the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, Europe, South Africa and Asia. He is an IT professional with strong communication, leadership and inter-personal skills who possesses widespread progressive Software development and implementation experience of numerous assignments with extensive involvement in all stages of development and project management.

She has previously worked with as Taxation Expert in PWC, as Credit and Compliance expert with two of Pakistan’s largest banks, National Bank of Pakistan and Muslim Commercial Bank, as Financial Controller with a leading foreign NGO, and as Finance and Grants Manager with Pakistan Rural Development Program.

Kamran is a Manager at Consortia Solutions International with expertise in UI/UX and web based programming. He has over 15 years of experience in the software development industry with focus on Web Management System on Core & MVC, and Complex Database Solutions. He has extensive experience in UX Design concepts and has been managing software projects for half of his career. He has successfully developed several Web-Based Applications using three-Tier architecture.
