Dr. Pierre Bultez

Director

Dr. Bultez is a globally acclaimed expert in risk analytics, risk management and corporate governance. He has over 40 years of experience in international training and risk consulting in banking, finance and micro-finance sectors in 72 countries. He has been the advisor of 18 central banks worldwide, 14 governments within Asian, European and African region and a board member of over 30 international financial companies. He has been attached with Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission till recently. Dr. Bultez is also an international academician and holds visiting professorship in over 10 universities worldwide together with over 32 publications in the fields of risk analytics and financial governance.

Akhtar Zaidi is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, England &Wales (ICAEW) with over 45 years of international professional experience. He has worked across 4 continents as an Auditor, Management & Financial Consultant, Venture Capitalist, Litigation Expert World Court Hague, and Business Strategist. His previous experience include Partner of Coopers and Lybrand in New York (now PWC), Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of a large Saudi based diversified International Group, CEO of a large financial Group and Chairman Executive Committee of an integrated Electric Utility corporation. During his career he has closed mergers and acquisitions transaction worth over USD 2 billion. He is currently on Board of several companies in advisory capacity and is the founding partner of Ramzcapital London. He is also the shareholders’ Advisor to CMC Lab., an Italian Company at the forefront of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Mr. Raza has a LLB (Hons) and a LLM degree with specialization in Corporate & Commercial laws. Mr. Raza has over 10 years of experience in representing clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. Mr. Raza has advised clients in corporate matters and has regularly represented clients before various regulatory authorities. His areas of expertise include corporate and civil litigation, intellectual property, banking, real estate and consumer law. He is very well experiences in dealing with the legal matters related to business, investment, corporate matters and taxation.

Ms. Fauzia Makin is a senior quant with over 10 years of professional experience in 4 countries. She holds an MS degree in Finance and a MSc. Degree in Econometrics. She is academically a current PhD scholar. She has extensive experience in development of 2nd and 3rd generation predictive models and she has specialized skills in constructing VaR variant algorithms. She is an expert in data sciences with capability to handle large scale data sets.

Fauzia Bajwa has a Masters in Defense and Strategic Studies. She has over 10 years of experience in leadership and administration motivating personnel to strive for superior performance so as to provide the best possible opportunities for growth and development. Motivating staff toward performances to attain the goals of the organization. Having records available and up to date for ready reference and reporting; planning and conducting meetings as necessary. She has been commended regarding her abilities in improved administration, supervision and organization development. Actively participating and encouraging staff participation in community groups, as a means of developing understanding, cooperation, and respect for organization objectives and endeavors. She has time and time again proved herself in target setting for team members that are reporting to the managers; ensuring that all team players fulfill & execute their duties to the highest level. Keeps both the levels higher and lower integrated being the bridge between them in order to maintain the bidirectional information flow. Performing all other acts reasonable and necessary to accomplish her primary function as required by the organization.

Hisham Pervaiz Bajwa has over 23 years of senior management experience in areas of Software, web based applications, ERP, CRM, CMS and HMS development, implementation, support, networking, telecom, security surveillance, data warehouse & IT infrastructure deployment, support and training. He possesses widespread progressive IT experience of numerous multi-dimensional assignments. Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in all stages of development and project management. He has setup complete Telecom Infrastructure all over Pakistan for WorldCall Telecom Limited when the organization moved from Nokia-Siemens to Huawei. Most notable experience being infrastructure, software deployment and training of FLAs (Front Line Agents) for Western Union Inc. throughout Pakistan. Prior to joining CSI, he has worked in various organizations where his responsibilities included networks and systems security management, project/portfolio management, training management and imparting of IT training. He was actively involved in requirement gathering and analysis, systems design, development, deployment, implementation and testing along with end-user training and post implementation support and reviews. He has most recently deployed and implemented Safe City Project, Islamabad in parallel to Huawei and NADRA for Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan.
